I would just try to ride them all. I usually work my way around the place counter clockwise sort of and add in the Mohawk trail.

Also if Mike or helpers are out and about they are very eager to help plan a route. If not, ask around, place has a super friendly vibe to it. (and failing that, their trail maps are pretty descriptive too)

Went 2 days in a row on the weekend and had a blast. Really fun as usual and the trails are in great shape.
