Just got back from Breck 100 and took my bike out of the box I traveled with and found 2 broken spokes.

Would it even be worth my time to try and get damage $$ from the airline?

probably not. spokes are about $1-5 each depending on the spoke. then you add another $10 in labor to install then true the wheel.
