Hi all, I finally bought a bike after spending 2 months biking on a cheap mongoose fatbike. I lost 20 lbs and I felt it was time for me to upgrade for decent on fun on the trails. I bought a Nukeproof Scout 290 and it came with everything I wanted.
Unfortunately my worst fear happened and I ended up breaking something on my first attempt at a ride because of my weight. The dropper post keeps sinking and no matter how much slack I give the actuator, it does not sit in place.
This leads me to believe the cartridge on the Brand X Ascend Internal has gone bad. Are there any cartridges I can buy that's better/heavy duty version?
My weight is around 300lbs at the moment.
