Brand new front Rotor looks ''warped'' and ''rubbing'' while sprinting hard

Hey folks

Changed my front rotor because old one (shimano RT 86) warping, changed brake pads also. New Rotor is Galfer Wave Fixed.

However the warping problem still there, exactly same as before

Also when i spin my wheel and check caliper&rotor&disc closely, ''bent'' look on disc but it's not the disc ?!

The rubbing sound only happen when i sprint too hard that my bike shakes hard left to right under force

Also i spin my front wheel and lift&shake handlebar left to right with bit of force while not riding, small rubbing sound still there. When i just spin my front wheel still, there is no rubbing.

it's from the wheel ? Or maybe the wheel 6 bolt area somehow can bent ? At least one of them ?

i install my rotors correct, with a torque wrench and always slowly tighten to opposite bolt then torque them also. For caliper i always release the bolts then squeeze lever before tightening up the caliper.

Checked my front wheel axle too

Sound only comes from front wheel under heavy sprinting, sometimes seated sprints also

Any thoughts ?

Thank you !.

Did u push pistons back in? Bleed with bleed blocks in? Could be pads are running too close. Theres always a certain amount of flex. If you did a lever bleed/burp at sometime with old pads and rotor, you prob have too much fluid and might need to let a little out.
It's common to have to true even new rotors a bit. Also do a visual check of the caliper alignment if you haven't already. Often a little fine tuning as far as centering them will do the trick.

The technical terminology is referred to as "rotor runout". You need to verify the hub disc flange has zero runout as well as the rotor. I have linked a MC video that has a backyard approach & Park Tool video. Always make sure the fork axle is tight and centered.

Yes i did that. i have put Shimano bleeding block on caliper first then pumped with lever while bleeding kit and some mineral oil in it. Some Air bubbles vent out and caliper pistons pushed back in.
You sure you don't have any play in your hub bearings?
