Can I use any DOT 5.1 brake fluid in my Avid Elixir 5s? I'm thinking about getting Finish Line's. Anyone using it?

You can use DOT 5.1 anywhere you would use DOT 3 or 4.

Yes you can, and should. Avid's Elixir brakes come stock from the factory with 5.1 in them and is the recommended fluid. You can use DOT4 in them, but 5.1 is the fluid of choice.
