I'm sure this has been covered before, but I can't find it - apologies:
My front Juicy 3 chatters at low speeds - to the point I can watch the fork flex. The brakes are stock adjusted by mfr. with about 8 short rides of one hour or less on them. I don't believe any foreign substance has gotten on the rotor. Ideas? Thanks!
