what are brake bosters and how do they work ?

they're used for rim brakes and they cross-brace the brake posts so they dont flex under braking. Basically it gives your rim brakes a nice firm feel, definitly a good upgrade if you refuse to run disk brakes like the rest of us.

I've got several old v-brake boosters layin around < go to disc and use them for horseshoes
