Boxxer team 2010 questions.. need help

Hi to everybody I have two questions about the boxxer 2010 team model
I read on the manual that the beginning stroke rebound have 24 clicks and the ending stroke rebound have 19 clicks. On the ending str. rb. i hear the click but on the beginning str.i do not hear or even feel the clicks.
And i also read that the low speed compression damping have 4 full turns of adjustment and if the blue adjuster knob begins to turn, you have reached the maximum range .
On my fork if i try to turn the low speed compresion the high speed compresion begin to turn both sides.
Are these problems ?
