Looking for the bottom bracket dimensions for a 2004 XLS R3,
I imagine the same size was used across the Werx series too, as the frames appear
identical.

68mm shell... I have a 2004 XLS R7 which is the same frame.

Yep. All the single pivot Extreme, Shift/XLS frames are 68mm shells. The only exception is the 7" travel X7 frames which are 83mm.

Thanks! Great info, I'm building out a 04 XLS r3 from the frame up.. Starting out with FSA Carbon Pro Cranks and a crappy BB for now. Can't wait to get it built out.
