I have a 2018 Santa Cruz Tallboy 29er C that is in need of a new bottom bracket. The stock bracket is a Race Face. On the outside is has Cinch 30mm BB written on it. SC's web site for the Tallboy lists the BB shell as 73mm threaded.

I would like to try a different BB manufacturer (narrowed it down to Wheels Manufacturing and Praxis). However, I'm having one heckuva a time figuring out exactly which BB will fit/work on my bike. It doesn't seem as clear cut as I was hoping.

Any help would be appreciated. Also, what tools and grease should I use?

ETA: I have a Race Face Turbine crank, FYI.

You have a 73 mm BB shell and 30 mm crank spindle (cinch).
