I can't decide between these two bikes. I will be freeriding and trail riding and don't want a bike that doesn't peddle good because i have to ride up sometimes to get down.

neither-go with the Preston FR-travel like the BR,but better geometrey for all day riding'pedaling-like the dirtbag.right now you can get an 06 for like 680 fro transition

I have owned them all... Had a DB and currently have a Vagrant, Bottlerocket and a Gran Mal.

Dirtbag is the answer...Unless you are considering a Preston...:thumbsup:

how tall are you? the bottle rocket has a short seat tube and may not allow full seatpost extension.

both pedal fine, dirt bag has more cush for the big stuff
