Bontrager launched a new larger-volume addition to its hip pack lineup today, adding an integrated hydration bladder and increased storage space designed for mountain bikers who want to go farther, ride longer, and carry everything they need for the adventure.

Rapid Pack Hydro keeps the most-loved elements of the original Rapid Pack-the comfortable fit, elastic material, and efficient design that feels near invisible when riding-and adds in a new larger zippered pocket across the back designed to hold a 1.5L reservoir in addition to a single water bottle.

The new pack is equipped with an integrated 1.5L capacity HydraPak hydration bladder that features a magnetic hose attachment for easy access and secure hold when riding, and a lockable bite valve that prevents leaking during transport.
Durability and comfort remain top priority with rugged elastic material constructed to perfectly balance the load so the pack stays in place. An adjustable belt allows riders of all sizes to comfortably, securely carry their gear and essentials.
Smart storage is critical for long rides, so the Rapid Pack Hydro is equipped with two side pockets with internal organization for nutrition and gadgets. The large main zippered pocket also features loops to secure a mini-pump or shock pump. For extra hydration, the pack features a secure pocket built to hold a water bottle centrally in the middle of the back to prevent swaying while riding, and a pull-loop makes grabbing and storing bottles a breeze.

The Rapid Pack Hydro retails $90 and is available immediately on and through Trek retailers.
