bolt on front hubs

It would be nice if you could get a Chris King front hub with funbolts. Now aside from changing an axle on a shimano hub to a solid with 15mm bolts, is there any option for a front hub which bolts on similar to the CK funbolt setup?

How about getting bolt-type skewers, or if your hub in convertible, 9mm T/A skewers
