I've done an exhausting search on this board about this and found nothing relating to BMW fork oils.

OK here's the question: Are any of you using this BMW brand of fork oil in your forks? The reason I ask is I'm getting conflicting information about using this particular fork oil. I don't know that many people who do their own fork maintaince so I'm looking for your experiences. I have a buddy who's been running this oil in his Fox Vanilla R 125 for 3 years now without any issues. Some say this oil should not be used in MTB forks. My main concern is seal swelling additives, but like I said my buddies fork seems to operating just fine.

Can we limit this to the use of BMW fork oil only.

Thanks much,
