Blown bearing on Swinger 4-way

So, I ride a 2005 Jamis Dakar 2.0, and have dealt with this once before... however, I paid (a good sum!) to have it fixed at a shop. This time around, I want to save money, and do it myself.
One of the sealed bearing on my Manitou Swinger 4-Way has blown... I just noticed it. I've got about half the ball-bearings left, and a broken piece of plastic that looks like it housed the bearings.
So, how do I go about fixing this? Could someone help me out and link me to a replacement bearing, or tell me how to go about finding one. And then, what does the labor involve? How do I go about fixing it? Easy, hard, etc?
