I don't believe it's possible to get black when anodizing titanium. There is a limited number of colors you can anodize Ti.

EDIT; you can however Black Oxide coat Ti.

I just got annodised bolts from Toronto Cycles.. they sucked hard core... threw them in the trash and ordered from nano bikes... but need these black also..
I only took German in school becasue I wanted to go there and drink, damb...if I would have listened more.. but the drinkn was great...

Vincere chap from Poland, although he doesn't have that good choice like bikehardest but if you can find what you are looking for it would cost you much less.
ie
Vincere black M5x15 2.3euro
bikehardest black M5x14 3.99euro

Bought from him few sets of ti bolts, recently the black ones for f99 and some fro suspension.

Prices in local currency only 1euro=4zl
