Thought I would share:
I with 5 other Homies just finished riding from Downtown San Jose to Lake Tahoe. Our usual route is pretty close to how the crow flies BUT this year we decided to take a another route that included almost 100 extra miles (350ish in total) and an extra day (4 in total)

Day one was up the Peninsula through SF to China Camp. It was wet and cold but we survived

Day 2 : not many pictures for good reason; we had 103 miles to go we went through Napa, Lake Berryessa, Winters, Davis to West Sacramento. It was hard hot and we did not arrive in our primitive KOA campsite until 9:00 pm. By the time we hit Davis it was already dark

Day 3 was just as hard but we had less miles…once again not many pictures.
It included a nice ride through our State's Capital, up to beautiful Folsom, through historic Auburn and ending in quaint Nevada City.
