I ordered a Pike fork from them which they charged me for but did not have in stock. That was over three weeks ago. They have not reversed the charge on my Visa and have ignored my requests to do so. I am now in the dispute process with my bank. Do not order from them. Rick Morris is a flake.
I just ordered from them. I read the bad-review threads beforehand so i decided to email them first asking if they had what I needed in stock. They had one of the two items in stock so i ordered the in stock item.
I figured that the issue is them not having their entire online catalog in stock, then running into issues getting what they need right away from their distributor. Not to mention being in the location they are in. Anyways, i ordered on Wed and now it's shipping the next day. So i guess if you need something they have email them first. That is my only advice on avoiding any hassle.
I guess I have been lucky. EVERYTHING I ever ordered from them fork, frame (big ticket items) were by far less expensive than anywhere else and I got them within a reasonable amount of time. Not fast, but not the slowest either.

My problem came when they charged me for a big ticket item ($800) that they did not have in stock. I got lip service and then ignored by owner Rick Morris who did not refund my money until I got the CC company involved. He was probably just busy to the point of negligence.
My online vendor of choice is Universal Cycles. They nearly always have whatever I need in stock. They have fast shipping from multiple warehouses (get the goods in 2 to 3 days max), good coupon codes for big purchases, and no BS. I just don't have time to screw around anymore when my bike needs parts and I want to ride.
