with that it would be a Trek Klein i think...I think the stamper serial would be more accurate to tell what is...try these threads:

That is the serial number for a more recent model 2001 on up as the bar codes were used during this period by a number of manufacturers. Some still do. How about an actual photo of the bike? Sometimes it's easier to determine the year by the head badge (Cannondale comes to mind), paint scheme, general construction. Serial numbers are iffy to determine on an older model as data fades away on the interweb.

The bottom bracket suggests it's a later model too. The older Kleins had inset BBs that needed a special tool. The BB in the pic looks like a threaded outboard XT.
