Im running on 2.1 on my 2001. I think it could possibly get a 2.2, but not for sure

a nevegal 2.1 is about as big as i could manage. they are reasonably big for a 2.1 though. so it really depends on the tyre

I ran 2.24 WTB Motoraptors,but they rubbed on the left seat stay. Now I run 2.1 Mythos.

This is a Nevagal 2.35 on a SL. The photo does not show it,but the tire rubs when I spin the wheel with the bike on the stand.
