i am trying to rebuild my bianchi project 3, and it seems that i do not have the original seat post anymore...would anyone know the seat post diameter to this model, or can you lead me to a database or contact that might?

i was hoping i'd be able to find the original specs on this bike somewhere on the web, but i fear it is just too dated...

A 27.0 maybe if it's close to a project 5?

You could always take calipers to it...or try another seatpost you have lying around and see if it's close.

My older lugged bianchi MTB has a 26.4mm which is sort of tough to find a nice seat post in. You'll have to have the Inside diameter measured to be sure. - Z
