I am buying a new crankset and am between fsa k force mega exo and shimano xtr 960 2005 what do you think?

the 960 is significantly lighter.

FSA quoted weights are way off, acutal is about 875g when bolts are included.
I think the RF deus is a better buy than both at only 20g more than the 960 - rings are cheaper too

This is an easy question to answer: Get the XTR M-960. It is lighter, stiffer, easier to maintain, and has a narrower Q.
