No idea in Flag, but why not a complete new wheel (hub spokes rim)? If I understand what you are saying you are going to reuse the rim?

Give steve a call at coconino cycles. He did a great job overhauling my hub and tensioning my wheels.
Yeah, the idea is to reuse the rim. They're perfectly good

thanks for the references, ya'll! yes, i do build *many* wheels & enjoy it. i am dubious about re-lacing old rims, but that's case-by-case. just FYI, i am out of town June 24-July 6th........Steve Garro, Coconino Cycles.
