It is going to vary with the conditions. No one combo is going to be "best" for all situations.

BG F & R works well for me most of the time. I steered away from the Nevegal because of the ramped center knobs, similar to the Maxxis Highroller I was using, because I didn't like the braking performance. The BG excels in braking IMO.

I would keep Fat Albert in the front... it grips like double sided tape but too much of rolling resistance.

For dry & loose I've really been liking the 2.35 BG front/ 2.1 Nev rear.
I'd think this combo wouldn't be too bad in the wet either.

I ran a Fat Albert up front for a little while & really liked it, but like the BG more.
