Hello
Obviously summer is a good time, but I know trails can get dry here, is early or late summer/fall the best time for trails like winsor, boundary, bike parks, glorieta. Thanks. looks like awesome riding here!

Windsor and S Boundary are at 10,000 ft 'ish. High likelihood for snow in what is now December. Likely at 7,000 ft as well. SF gets cold at night, that sometimes means light snow that melts by noon, but can leave muddy trails. You can check on conditions on Trail Forks.

I would say late summer/fall is the best time for riding in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. That being said, late November and early December can get snow up high and in town at 7,000 ft. September October generally a sweet time for riding in these parts. Come join the fun.

It can get a bit hot (85+) June, July, and early through middle August, so morning rides are the best during these months. Afternoon rides during these months also have the potential of big thunderstorms if we get a good monsoon season. April is really the beginning of the riding season as it can snow substantially from the middle of November through all of March making many of the trails mud bogs. May can be quite beautiful and so can all of September and October. Depending on precip, the aspens turn at the end of September through early-middle of October, so riding can be quite special these two months. I don't ride much during ski season, but otherwise I ride the rest of the year. Your mileage may vary...
