I need to get an ENO wheel to help convice my buddies about SS. Where is the best place to get one ready to go?

Does not have to be stupid light... is really just for demo purposes. When they fall in love with SS I will make them get their own stuff.

Thanks!

Eno wheel

Got mine from Mean Todd at Webcyclery -- good build, no problems. If you feel like making a project out of it, it seems like the going rate on e-Bay for an ENO eccentric hub is ~$129.

Good luck with your friends.

I'll second that

I got mine from Mean Todd at WebCyclery as well. I think they are selling the ENO hub for $139, and you get 10% off with the custom wheel build, so that might make the price even cheaper than ebay.

I 2nd Mike G @ www.oddsandendos.com

I had Mike build be up a Eno using a Mavic 3.1 ust rim with DT supercomp spokes, alloy nipples. Also had Mike order me a Eno freewheel which he only charged me his cost.
Total price including shipping for everything was somewher around $250.
I have used Mike for several wheelbuilds and definately one of the best builders, best prices and best customer service.

Just drive to Wisconsin and steal one (of many) out of Ernesto's garage!
Good idea, Madison isn't that far from me. I'll go get my drink on downtown and then creep up to his house around 4:30 AM, jacked on cheap booze and cheaper drugs.. :D

Just curious where they stand in comparison to a KING hub or a Precision True Stealth,.,,
Well with the WI freewheel...you never have to worry about sneak'n up on anything. Not quite as loud as my Novatec ss hub, but it certainly hums. Personally I like the sound. At least it isn't as loud as those old Rolf Vector Comp thing-a-ma-gigy wheels that Trek used to use.
