I have a GF Marlin Disc and am looking to upgrade the saddle and grips. What do you think the best/most comfortable saddle is for under $50 and the best grips?

I have these grips on all my bikes, and my friends who try my bikes ask me where to get them. There are lock-on versions, but it seems that they are not as comfortable.
