Hi, I was curious if there was a productive way to get in touch with CS for Fisher? I did the email thing early last week and never received a response. I love my HiFi, but it is an 07 and the paint just chips off. It makes a pretty great bike look pretty cheap. I guess I will try giving them a call next week...Ben

I've always recieved a response within 24 hours when I do the email form on the fisher site. I usually try to keep it brief and ask direct questions.

I have yet to receive any email response from GF/Trek despite multiple attempts with questions related to HiFi safety issues.

I called 920.478.4678 and spoke with Trek CS who called my LBS and took care of the problem within the hour. My LBS said Trek told them to do what it takes and send them the bill. Problem solved...
