Hi, I'm fairly new to the biking community (was more of a runner, but my friends are doing more and more biking) and just got this bike on advice from a friend:
Save up to 60% off new Road Bikes - Gravity Liberty 2 | Save up to 60% off new road bikes

Will definitely use it a bunch on some trails and cyclocross conditions (did the D2R2 in Mass last summer), but was interested in buying a set of skinnier, road-only wheels I could throw on when needed.

Any reasonably priced recommendations? Appreciate any advice!

I don't know what your budget is or anything, but I generally like wider wheels and tubeless off road. That being the case, I would put road tires on the stock wheelset and buy something wider and tubeless friendly for off road use. If the hub is 135 (most cross bikes are) then a used set of ARCH wheels would be perfect since the newer Stans rims are possibly too wide for your bike and you can find used, in good shape, ARCH wheelsets for around $200.
