Hey I'm going to be up in Selinsgrove, PA next week and I have one day I can ride. So I am looking at doing a long ride, preferably singletrack, preferably technical; if not technical then preferably scenic. I've ridden at State College, Bald Eagle State Forest, but not Jim Thorpe. I don't want to have to drive too far (an hour or so is ok).

Any suggestions? If I ride the trail you suggest I'll send you a sirbikesalot t-shirt in your size.

second the rattling creek stuff, its definitely the closest, although some of the stuff near RB Winter State Park in Bald eagle would be close too. but the rattling creek loop is not to be missed
