Im looking for a truing stand and spokes for a wheel build. And possibly a wheel.

Im looking at this stand.

they look different and im leaning towards to the nashbar version.

And im looking for the cheapest place to get spokes and nipples.

And lastly a cheap wheel. Basically sub $10. Obviously nothing special at all. Just needs to rotate.

I'm sure either of those stands will work so since budget is a concern, go with whatever is cheapest. The best place I've found for mailordering spokes is oddsandendos.com but they only carry Wheelsmith online if you have a strong preference. Lastly, the only way to get a wheel that cheap is to find one locally. Shipping a wheel will be at least $10. So with your local riders to see what you can find.
