Ask for him, and request he work on your bike. I'd trust him to work on mine...he's good.

All I can comment on are my experiences. Over the last 10 years, I've been treated well. And when there was a slip-up, an effort was made to fix it to make me happy. I'm not looking for perfection, especially when human beings are involved. I've dealt with shops that acted like I was a loser when I brought a slip-up to their attention. Not at RR.

But, I'd also go with Natomas. I haven't been in there in years, but was happy with the service I received. In fact, I got two GT road frames there. I'm curious to go back. In what areas does it excel? Buchanon is still the owner?
