Im looking to get some wheels built maybe hope 2s or hadley with 721s
what shops builds good wheelsets
anyone use universal cycles?

CRC seems to have really awesome prices on hope wheelsets.

I've purchased custom wheels from Universal. No complaints and good value for the bucks. Bicycle Wheel Warehouse and Speedgoat are also worth a look.

not sure why you posted in this forum as most owners here own girl bikes and would pass out if they saw a 721 rim in person (inside diameter over 17mm is a no no here).

universal is fine....though my money as the better places to go are
