I am only familiar with the dealers in and around Toronto....
Duke's on Queen Street is a good one... prices are a little high, but a good selection and good service. Bit of attitude, but they are a good high end store, so you sort of have to take it with a grain of salt. I bought my Jekyll from them and they know how to service the Lefty well.
Sporting Life on Yonge (west side just south of main store is the boards 'n bikes location), seem to have a pretty good selection and prices are decent. Spoke to a guy in there a while back and he raced and was quite experienced. I am looking for a new ride, and will most likely go there.
A third shop is in Oshawa. Bicycles Plus just off the 401 at Park Street in Oshawa. Good store and good prices.... unfortunately they don't have any Scalpels in stock, so I will probably not go there. Buy good folks and good service dept. They just renovated and increased their stock of C'dales.
Those are my "local" stores.
Just my opinions.
Bicycles Plus would be a great shop... I like the guys there a lot, save for the owner. He is, unfortunately, a prick.
I've had to go in there periodically over the past 5 years (avoid them like the plague for my c-dale needs), but as they are my 'local' shop, sometimes I've had to go in a bind.
Like I said, great guys, but I hate putting any of my money into the owners pocket.
