Moving to salt lake in the spring and want to build a fs bike, currently on a 29er rigid.
I will be hitting moab, gooseberry and fruita a few times a year, like doing some drops and fast descents. my choices-

ventana el chamuco
turner rfx
turner 5 spot
titus motolite
titus supermoto
yeti 575


This bike has to double as a trailbike as well when i dont want to ride the 29er.

How about Titus Moto-Lite 2?

Seems to fit your requirements. Very capable trail bike, and with a 5.8 pound frame you can even build it light enough to race if need be. My $0.02.
