I want to let everyone know that my wife and I just bought a 4 bed/3 bath house on Lake Rayburn in Bella Vista and we just fixed it up and put it on VRBO. It is a rare home in that it is on a lake and only 1 mile from the Back 40 and Blowing Springs trail networks. You can ride all day and catch dinner from a kayak before the sun goes down. Bike workshop and indoor storage and in very close proximity to Slaughter Pen and Coler Preserve as well. We are passionate about MTB and passionate about sharing NW Arkansas, so we are very excited about this home. Um, Bentonville/Bella Vista is amazing. Just went out there for the Oz Trails Off Road and I'll be back again. I'll definitely hit you up about renting the house on VRBO.

NWA is definitely a MTB destination. I've been to Pisgah, Steamboat Springs and Santa Cruz this year, and Bentonville is the one I'll be back to first.
