Better late than never. For those not on their email list, BVTS is an all volunteer organization that maintains and builds trails in and around Bear Valley located on highway 4 between Arnold and Ebbetts Pass.
The snow has (mostly) melted, the sun is out and we all know what that means...***it's time for hiking biking, running and riding.***But, our local trails have taken a winter hit with downed trees, erosion and over growth.*

Join us for a morning of trail work this Saturday to help restore our most popular local trails.* This will be followed by a*free trail workers BBQ lunch*with good food, good friends and of course, refreshments for young and adult.

WHEN- Trail Work from 8:30 to 1pm this Saturday (6/29), followed by a 1pm BBQ trail workers lunch next to the Bear Valley Adventure Center.

WHO-**Bring friends and family, as there are working levels for everyone.**Come out and help get your favorite trail back in shape for summer!

BRING: Don't forget gloves, sturdy shoes, long pants, water and snacks. Many tools will be provided, but may be in short supply, so if you have your own, please bring your rakes, shovels, picks, lopers and even chain saws (if you are USFS certified).**Be sure to mark them with your name.

More information at:* **BearValleyTrails

-or- email:*[email protected]* **(Mike Cooke, BVTS President)

Good People, good food, good times...***Bear None!
