So, I am trying to figure out which brake mount I need. I have the BB5R brakes that I will install on my Soma Wolverine(V2). Can I use any mount or do I have to use a specific one? I will be running 160mm rotors. Thanks

I am asking about the adapter. So, I don't need one then? Cause I saw a few brake and build videos and they all mentioned it? But, not were specific to bike I am currently building. I have a Soma Wolverine and the largest rotors I can fit are 160mm.

IS = International Standard

Your frame and fork have IS brake mounts, you will need to use adapters as the BB5 are post mount calipers.
Without adapters, you won't be able to attach the post mount disc brake calipers to the IS mounts on the frame and fork.

Forks usually have 160mm IS mounts, if this is the case, you will need a SRAM 0mm IS adapter.

Frames usually have 140mm IS mounts, if this is the case, you will need a SRAM 20mm IS adapter.
