Hi all,

I appreciate that this could be a stupid question but I'm in the process of upgrading my drivetrain and I don't know what size my bottom bracket is. I've tried looking on the bottom bracket it's self and it just says FSA BB4000, which of course is the part model and is'nt very helpful.

The bike is a Cannondale F800, I think it's around 2005-2006, not sure. Would it be BB30? I understand Cannondale started using BB30 from around 2000 onwards?

Back then, only the top end models were using BB30 so I think you need a standard english threaded BB and it's probably 68mm wide.

I will strip it off before I lay down some money on XX just to be sure.
