those look cool too, but they aren't the ones I saw...they weren't "Gore"...

It was basically a black base layer shirt, but the frontal torso panel had the wind-stopper stuff..

(sorry, I couldn't resist)

Back in the day, we'd stuff newspaper between our jersey and outer layer as a wind stop. It was cheap, light and effective, except if it rained. For rain we'd resort to trash can liners.

It still remains one of the preferred forms of insulation among the homeless.

This shirt is a base layer material...and the entire front is Gore windstopper. I am sure there is other similar options out there.
