what base two training exercises are u guys/gals doing? started my recovery base 1 week and am trying to put together my workouts for base two. Mostly due to living in the NE it will be on the trainer...

btw, I should add my base 1 consisted of 3 two hour zone 2/3 rides, w/ sprints on the hour, one 1.5 hr medium hill climb, two weight sessions w/ 50 min high cadence spins afterwards. All rides included a lot of 1 leg drills...
