trying to find the option for a 2.5 inch riser bar...prefer 31.8 but can do 25.4...i know about easton monkeys and azonic double wall...are there any others

yeah that azonic ultracross is the only one that comes to mind. what kinda stem you got? maybe try an azonic hammer stem if you wanna go high? super short length tho...

I thought I saw that SIC made some 2.5 risers...they call them the Chase bars or something like that.

Nope...Sic's Chase come's in either 2" or 3" rise.

A 2.5" Chase would be nice...
