Not the cheapest method, but I would get one of the many Ergon grips with integrated bar ends.
Bar ends with Ergon grips?
I just bought a set of Ergon GP1 grips for my ride and I love them. The only problem is that I am looking at picking up a set of clamp on bar ends and there is no longer any room to mount them on the bars because of the grips. Has anyone else figured out how to fit both the grpis and the bar ends on at the same time?
