OK, whats the deal? I'm using a straight flat bar. I was wondering if I should get the generally straight bar ends, or the ones that curve inwards. What's the reason to get one or the other? It might seem to be an esoteric question, but I just had rotator cuff surgery and was wondering if one or the other would be more natural or better for the shoulder joint. Thanks!
