has anyone seen a bad boy with a seat post rack?

Hello, I bought this bike from a fellow a few months back that bought it in 2001 I believe. Does anyone know anything about this particular model? I haven't really been able to find out much about it, but people seem to like it when riding it around.
Would a seat post rack look any good on this bike? There is hardly any storage and im not sure what to do other than a backpack but that is not always convenient to carry. I am thinking about these options
