Hitched a ride to the ride with a buddy that uses fork mount racks. Had ZERO issues with the caliper clearing the tray (older Yakima). When I put the wheel back in the rotor did not rub. Brakes worked great for the whole ride. Rode deep into the corners and was able to brake late and hard with little hand effort. Easy modulation to control lockup even in the slippery sections. Lots o' fun!

It seems he's not having trouble with his disc brakes either.
