I bad luck with my Juicy ultimate front brake and had to take them back to Jensen 4 times, they blead them twice and sent them back to Avid twice. The rear brake was trouble free the whole time so I was pleasantly surprised to find that they hadn't just fixed or replaced the front, they sent me Elixer CR Mag front and rear replacements . That is Turner level customer service; now I hope even more so that these brakes are as good as their customer service:thumbsup:
I've had nothing but great success with Avid or any of the SRAM brands. All the C.S. folks are great. They even fixed an out of warranty shock for a customer of mine. Yes it does suck that issues arise, but no one is perfect.
