Today, Aventon released an e-bike with great versatility for commuting, cruising, and seeking out adventure. The new Aventon Aventure steps up its offering with a fat bike featuring 4 inch wide tires to increase traction, control, and comfort. They beefed up the offering with a powerful motor and battery system, hydraulic brakes, and an impressive display and phone app.

This is not our first Aventon bike as we've reviewed the Aventon Pace and Aventon Level previously HERE. Not knowing what to expect, we were impressed with the packaging, value, support that Aventon offered. The Aventon Pace was only $1199 and it really felt like an $1800-$2200 bike. It was such a good bike that about a dozen folks we know personally bought a Pace or Level. The price point really spoke to them as it was significantly more attainable than $6k e-mtbs. Most folks bought the Pace to get their spouses into riding but a few bought the Level as their first e-bike.

The Aventon Aventure is at a whole new level of packaging, support and sophistication. Aventon has grown dramatically and they've invested significant dollars into their brand and infrastructure. Packaging and protection, tutorial videos, accessories are all stepped up in this new offering. So at $1899, we feel that this is still a very good value.

While not a true mountain bike, the Aventure is an all-purpose bike that can cover a lot of cycling categories that a new ebike owner may be interested in. It's a great solution that can cast a very wide net that can get folks into riding bikes.
