Here's a map of the new trails. This is a fun little area to ride. I don't know that I would call it a destination but would make a worthwhile stop when traveling through/past Twin Falls or when in town for a Costco run.

Also, just fyi at some point this month I think access is going to be limited to evening (5pm) and weekends due to construction in the area.

Thanks for the map. I'm going to drive out that way today and hope to ride Auger Falls area tomorrow. Is there an more updated version of the map out there?

Not that I know of. There have been some improvements however. Most of the trails are now marked with pretty decent signage. Some have be re-routed, some rebuilt, and some have been added. Be sure to try out the flow-trail (Tristan's?) It is located on the high ground toward the southeast end of the park.

Am i correct in understanding that my 8 year old son (beginner, but decent) would have fun on these Auger Falls trails?

I don't see why not. Most of the trails are now marked with difficulty ratings if that is of concern. None of it is particularly difficult though.

There are trails that my 4 year old enjoys. Trails vary from beginner to intermediate. I would take your boy through the center as those are the more basic trails. The only portions that would give him trouble are short punchy climbs ans odd rock placements these are more the north (river) and south (cliff) sides of the network.

Thanks for the input.
