The guide that i got in the mail from Bell says it is on the 27-28 but the time windows are grouped with all the other events....womens 1.30-7.00hr in the morning then again from 18.00-23.00 in the evening. Mens the same the next day but no specific times

They have all the events and start times. The XC venus are at 11:00am Athens time, is that 4:00am EST?
